SEO·AEO·GEO, run by SEO·AEO·GEO, is a software service used in your web browser. We sell no physical products and ship nothing. There are no shipping or delivery charges.
How paid plans are delivered
- Pro and Agency plans are delivered online, to your SEO·AEO·GEO account — the one signed in with the email address you used at checkout.
- Access is activated instantly once Razorpay confirms your payment, normally while you are still on the checkout page. Your plan then shows on your account page, and its features and limits apply straight away.
- Each renewal continues the same access with no gap. Nothing needs to be re-delivered.
- The service is available worldwide, wherever you can reach the website.
Free audits and reports
- Audit reports appear in your browser as soon as the audit finishes, usually within a minute.
- If you ask for a report by email, we send a verification code and then the download links to the address you give us, normally within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if you do not see them.
- Reports are kept for 24 hours, so download anything you want to keep.
If your plan is not active within 1 hour
- Sign out and sign in again with the same email address you used to pay, then open your account page.
- Check that the payment went through: your bank or UPI app should show the debit, and Razorpay may have emailed you a confirmation.
- If the payment went through but your plan is still not active, email our support email on the contact page with your account email and, if you have it, the Razorpay payment ID (it starts with “pay_”). We will activate your plan or, if we cannot, refund the payment in full, within 2 business days.
If money was debited but the payment failed, your bank normally reverses it automatically; our refund and cancellation policy explains timelines.
